Getting ready for the hockey season to begin, the Wild announced two practices to be held at Amsoil Arena in Duluth later this month.

The Wild announced this earlier today and are scheduled to practice at Amsoil on Tuesday, Sept. 29 and on Wednesday, Sept. 30 with the Sept. 30 practice at 10:30 a.m. being free and open to the public, but normal DECC parking rates will still apply.

This isn't the first time the Wild practiced in Duluth, they held practices here in 2013 and back in 2011. UMD will be home to the Wild for use of medical facilities, equipment rooms and anything else they should need for practice. The Wild’s regular season begins Oct. 8 as they take on the Avalanche in Colorado.
