Minnesota Woman Will be ‘The Bachelorette’
The upcoming season of 'The Bachelorette' will feature Becca Kufrin from Prior Lake, Minnesota.
The 27-year-old publicist just came off a wild ride on 'The Bachelor' where she got engaged, got dumped and watched her ex-fiance, Arie Luyendyk Jr., get engaged to the girl he dumped on the season finale.
Through all of that, Becca became a quick fan favorite throughout "Bachelor Nation", making this an easy decision for the show's producers.
Immediately after being announced, Becca met a few of the men that will be trying to win her love on the upcoming season which will start airing in May on ABC.
In a post on Instagram, Becca said, "Words can’t express everything I’m feeling tonight, but I’m so beyond grateful for the love, support and well-wishes."
During last night's "After The Rose" show, Arie proposed to Lauren (the girl he rejected on 'The Bachelor' season finale for Becca) and the two said they were leaving the country on vacation and will try avoiding social media.
