Right across from the brand new Med Express on Central Entrance will be a new business center including a Starbucks, a dentist office, and an undisclosed restaurant space.

According to CDINDuluth, the building will be on the corner of West Central Entrance and Myrtle Avenue with a total of 8,460 square feet.

Aspen Dental  will take up one retail space making it the 9th location in Minnesota for the company. The no hidden fees or inflated pricing dental office will take up 3,500 square feet.

On the side of the building taking up 2,242 square feet will be the popular coffee chain, Starbucks. Apparently, the company will relocate their location that currently sits across from the Miller Hill Mall at 1405 Miller Trunk Highway and will be adding a drive-thru.

In the middle will be an open 2,718 square feet that can be either retail or a restaurant. This project is set to go before the Duluth Planning Commission on August 8th. If it is approved they hope this project will be done as early as summer of 2018..
