Duluth's DECC Unveils New Concession Foods For 2022 Hockey Season

In what has become an annual tradition like that of Target Field in Minneapolis, the Duluth Entertainment Convention Center unveiled its new concessions foods ahead of the upcoming Bulldog Hockey season.

In a media event held (conveniently) at lunchtime on Tuesday, DECC Executive Director Dan Harman introduced nine new food items that will be made available at AMSOIL Arena this season.

In his opening remarks, Hartman reiterated something the food team at the DECC has long been proud of - sourcing as much locally as they can. He commented "Facilities like this are built to show off all things local", pointing to a growing selection of local beers, usage of locally-made Mike & Jen's Hot Cocoa, coffee from Duluth Coffee Company, and bread and buns from Johnson's Bakery in Duluth, among other things.

You'll be able to sample the new fare starting this weekend as the UMD Bulldogs Men's Hockey Team takes Arizona State Saturday and Sunday at AMSOIL Arena.
