New York Man Makes a Fake Passenger out of Wood and a Hoody, to Use Car Pool Lane [VIDEO]

James Campbell thought he was pretty slick using a hoody and some wood to make a fake(really bad) passenger for his car. Yeah good plan buddy!

The 56 year old man from Long Island New York said he assembled the dummy so he could use one of the carpool lanes. His reasoning was  because he was worried he would be late to work, which he was anyway since he got pulled over!

The man was issued a few citations, but said he used it again later that night and had been using it for months, just changing up the outfits. Well, you better be really careful now, because they are looking for you after this.
