Nick Cannon Goes White Face [Pictures] [VIDEO]

In what I can only assume is an odd attempt to promote his upcoming album 'White People Party Music', Nick Cannon dressed up in makeup and a wig and called himself Connor Smallnut.  It was quite odd.  He uploaded a few photos and videos to his Instagram.

Then he took to the streets in his video emulating a sort of valley accent.

Oddly enough, he looks like someone I met a week or two ago out and about downtown Duluth. Think Nick Cannon swung by Duluth?

So what are we thinking? Did Nick Cannon lose it or is he just trying to be provocative?
