Parallel Parking Fail [Video]

With winter finally arriving in the Northland we all what a hassle and even danger it can be to park on a hill. But my question what is this guys excuse? Holy cow, talk about rude, he bumps his Mentos Mint car back and forth the whole time. Now I have been to the 3 biggest Cities in the U.S. and I know how vicious people can be about a parking spaces....but really? Let's hope the person that video taped this got his license plate number or something.....Get off the road buddy!
