A new Vietnamese restaurant called Pho'licious is set to open soon in Duluth. The new eatery has been posing signs around town promoting an opening date on Monday, November 18.

The new eatery is set to open in the DeWitt Seitz building in Canal Park, replacing what was once the Taste of Saigon on the first floor of the historic building. The new branding is part of a refresh of the space under new ownership and new management.

While they've been promoting an opening on Monday, some things out of their control have forced them to push back that opening date a little.

According to a post on their Facebook page late Sunday evening, they announced they will have to delay their opening until later this week due to some deliveries they were waiting on and some other undisclosed "technical difficulties".

The good news is that the delay will only be for a day. The post indicates that the unforeseen circumstances will only push back their opening to Tuesday the 19th instead of the originally planned Monday the 18th.
