Ready to take the plunge for a good cause? The 2025 Duluth Polar Plunge is on Saturday, February 15, on the harbor side of Park Point in Duluth.

The annual event is the biggest fundraiser for the Special Olympics of Minnesota, helping support year-round training and services for thousands of athletes with intellectual disabilities across the Land of 10,000 Lakes.

Not only is this event a great cause, but it's a lot of fun to be part of! It isn't too late to register a team and raise money to be part of the festivities.

If you're participating in this year's plunge or know someone who is participating, we're excited to once again give a front-row seat to the fun on our radio station websites!

Friends and family members of plungers will be able to watch live from anywhere during the event. Once the Duluth plunge is over, you'll be able to go back and watch a recording. That means plungers can go back to watch and share the day's festivities and fantastic costumes!

We'll also add photos from the plunge site after the event is over, so be sure to come back to this page to check out the photos we capture of the plungers!

As has been the case in years past, our stream will go live at the top of this page before the event's 2 pm start time. We'll be live through the duration of the plunge with a front-row seat to the fun.

If you're plunging, the live video will also be on the TVs at The Garden in Canal Park, which is the location of the event's check-in and post-plunge festivities.
