Public Outpouring Begins to Help Critically Injured Dog

As you can see in the report below it was determined that this poor dog was not hit by a car, but rather was in some type of fight most likely with another dog and then appears someone tried to slice his throat to kill it.

I am not sure what the women's involvement was these horrible injuries being sustained by that poor dog, but If she really did find this poor dog injured and brought her in, Thank You for getting her help. It makes me sick to my stomach when you here stories like this, not only to make the dog fight, but then slit it's throat?

Whatever person or persons out there did this, they need to be arrested and charged to the fullest extent of the law. This is absolutely disgusting, and they should never be allowed to own an animal again. Many in the community have reached out asking how they can help, see Update Below.
