Ramp Closures Next Week Could Cause Traffic Delays

It is the season for road construction or also routine inspections which is the case this coming Monday and Tuesday. According to the Duluth News Tribune the Minnesota Department of Transportation said " Monday, the northbound I-35 off-ramp to 40th Avenue West will close from about 9 a.m. to noon, and the southbound I-35 on-ramp from 40th Avenue West will also close from about noon to about 3 p.m. There will be no posted detours."

"On Tuesday, motorists traveling north on I-35 beneath I-535 will encounter alternating lane closures between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Ramps will be open both days for the morning and evening commute."

As with any kind of road construction, please be patient follow posted speed limits and look out for workers . We all know they have a very limited window to get these types of inspections done so pay attention!
