Ramsey Man Driving on the Highway with 3 Little Kids Sandwiched Between Kayaks on the Back of a Flatbed Truck [VIDEO]

Just when you think you have seen or heard it all, here comes a guy who has no business being around kids. Driving on the highway with 3 little girls sitting on the back of the flatbed, on the Highway for crying out loud!  I could see on a farm  in a field for a short distance, or something, but not on a highway. I don't know what I would have done if I would have seen this in person. I can't even stand to see a dog  riding in the back of a pick up truck, let alone little kids.

What is even more unbelievable is he acts like he does not even realize he is doing anything wrong? Wow. Thankfully this trooper was able to pull him over before those little girls were hurt.
