As for Minnesota, I have to admit, sadly, I haven’t tried our state’s crowned jewel just yet. But after scrolling through their Instagram (and maybe drooling just a little), I can promise you it’s now at the top of my must-try list.

We all know Minnesota is home to some incredible restaurants that regularly grab national attention, but when it comes to the must-try spot, which one takes the crown?

This Minnesota Restaurant is Now The Best Must-Try Spot:

According to the experts, that honor goes to Spoon and Stable in Minneapolis.

"Renowned chef Gavin Kaysen's Spoon and Stable restaurant has a roster of awards to its name. Diners can look forward to dishes like halibut with squid ink brioche and grilled beef striploin with a parsnip-potato pavé and black truffle vinaigrette." - LoveFood

Spoon and Stable is a restaurant located in what was once a horse stable, dating back to 1906, in the heart of the North Loop Neighborhood. It is the dream of Chef/Owner Gavin Kaysen, a James Beard award-winning chef to bring his talents back home to Minneapolis, where he grew up. The cuisine is focused on the seasonality of the Midwest, the roots of the local culture and technically inspired by the French cuisine for which Chef Kaysen is known. - Spoon and Stable
