Locals Only

The Bell Boys.  Three brothers from a small Northwestern Wisconsin town, now living on the West Coast.  Calling Sacramento home, they're back in the area for a few days--taking a little vacation and playing a few gigs while they're home. I'm so excited to have them on Locals Only, Sunday morning at 9am!

A Superior, Wisconsin native will make her way to the studio to sit with me on Sunday morning for Locals Only.  Christine Hoberg is back in the Northland visiting friends and family, but she's a world traveler currently living in Brooklyn, New York. She's also featured on a song with Flight Facilities you may have heard on a little show called "Grey's Anatomy."  And she's awesome. Read M

Halo Muzic has officially released his music video for "Never Backing Down" featuring WIZE!  When I had Jesse (Halo) in the studio in March for Locals Only, he had just returned from Chicago where he shot this music video.  He promised a lot of action, fantastic special effects, trademark Halo Muzic dance movies, and a heart-wrenching plot.  He pulled through and I'm so excited to share

Robert Allen Zimmerman, better known as Bob Dylan, turns 72 years old today.  He was born in Duluth, MN on May 24th, 1941.  His time in the Zenith City was brief, but his family didn't move too far when they settled north on the Iron Range in Hibbing when Bob was 6 years old.

Iron Ranger Preston Gunderson is on this week's Locals Only show!  Very excited to welcome the Virginia, MN native to the studio.

Happy Friday!  I'm excited to welcome Amy Annoni into the studio on Sunday at 9am for Locals Only.  Amy has been concentrating on her solo career, but also still works and performs with her group, 2one8.  She's like Fergie!

This week On Locals Only, Breanne Marie and her fiancee Evan will be in the studio.  Born and raised in Duluth, Breanne Marie is one busy girl!  She'll be playing a few songs off her album, Six Strings of Peace and Sanity.

This weekend on "Locals Only" I'll welcome Haley Lawson of Haley Lawson and the Ever-Changing Grass Band in the studio.  Haley hails from Superior, Wisconsin, and performs around the Twin Ports on a weekly basis.  She'll also be part of this year's Homegrown Music Festival line up...

This weekend on "Locals Only," I'm calling Dane Schmidt of Jamestown Story.  I'm calling him rather than having him in studio, because he's now a Nashville, Tennessee resident.  However, he grew up in the Northland, which earns him a spot on Sunday morning's "Locals Only."
