Visit Duluth and the Duluth Seaway Port Authority's 'First Ship' contest is back for 2020, looking for guesses of when the first saltie of the season arrives.
Interlake Steamship Company announced Tuesday they will be adding a new ship to their fleet, the first new addition to Great Lakes shipping in more than 35 years.
Earlier this morning (March 22nd), The Twin Ports saw the first freighter Depart Duluth of the 2017 season. The Roger Blough is a Great Lakes bulk carrier and is expected to land in Two Harbors to load iron ore pellets. Check out the video below.
