Another popular Duluth attraction will reopen this week.

The SS William A Irvin spent a year away from its home next to the DECC, but it's back and this view from aboard the ship gives you a unique perspective.

The SS William A. Irvin, weather permitting, will be moved back to its home slip in Minnesota.

The William A. Irvin is coming home, well it's home since it no longer used out in the open water.

The William A. Irvin is getting some much-needed repairs and this is giving is a chance to see the Irvin out of water.

Well, this is certainly disappointing.

Bids coming in to do rehab work and paint on the Irvin could be pushing back plans to have it return to it's slip in Canal Park until later this summer.

Back in September the William A. Irvin was moved to make room for needed repairs to the seawall, but it will soon return.

Friday night the William A Irvin moved for the first in more than the years and crowds gathered to watch crews move the popular tourist attraction.

The DECC is having a contest for the public to guess when the SS William A Irvin will move for the first time in more than 30 years.
