The 2018 34th Annual YWCA Mothers Day Walk Run is Saturday May 12th

The 2018 34th Annual  YWCA Mothers Day Walk Run is scheduled for Saturday May 12th at Clyde Iron Works in Duluth. The Betty Brasgala 5K run is the only all female race that promotes health and wellness for women and girls. Plus they also have the Two Mile Walk and Youth Fun Run which promotes family engagement and youth fitness.

Every year that I have attended the race it is truly an inspiration to watch, with the 5K the roads are lined with husbands, dads, kids, partners all cheering on the special women in their life. Along with this great race is an expo with a variety of booths on display as well.

This is truly an event for the entire family and helps support programming in our community for women and children. The race starts at 7:45am at Clyde Iron Works 2920 West Michigan Street in Duluth. For more information and updates Click Here
