The Minnesota Vikings got busy after the conclusion of the 2021 NFL Draft finding some undrafted talent to add to the roster.

In the end, the team signed 11 undrafted free agents over the last few days including three wide receivers. These undrafted players will join the 11 guys that were drafted in the 2021 NFL Draft.

It doesn't happen very often, but some great players can be found as undrafted players, in 2013 wide receiver Adam Thielen joined the Vikings as an undrafted player, so lets take a look at whom the Vikings grabbed as undrafted players this year.

  • A.J. Rose, running back, Kentucky - 44 games; 341 rushes for 1,971 yards and 13 touchdowns in college.
  • Blake Proehl, wide receiver, East Carolina - 31 games; 130 receptions for 1,576 yards and 9 touchdowns during his college career.
  • Myron Mitchell, wide receiver, Alabama-Birmingham - During college he played 22 games in two seasons and recorded 63 receptions for 990 yards, 7 touchdowns and returned 18 punt returns for 78 yards.
  • Whop Philyor, wide receiver, Indiana - He played 38 games racked up 180 receptions for 2,067 yards and 12 touchdowns. He also returned 15 punts for 49 yards.
  • Zeandae Johnson, defensive tackle, California - He's recorded 59 tackles (30 solo), 9.5 tackles for loss, and 5.5 sacks in college.
  • Jordan Scott, nose tackle, Oregon - He played 47 games and got 109 tackles (56 solo), 13 tackles for loss, and 4 sacks.
  • Christian Elliss, linebacker, Idaho - In 39 games he recrded 266 tackles (136 solo), 21 tackles for loss, and 4.5 sacks.
  • Tuf Borland, linebacker, Ohio State - Playing in 51 games he connected on 228 tackles (117 solo), 19 tackles for loss, grabbed 1 interception and forced two fumbles.
  • Riley Patterson, kicker, Memphis - In 51 games he scored 432 points (second in school history), connected on 240-of-246 PATs and made 64-of-82 FGs.
  • Turner Bernard, long snapper, San Diego State - Not much to say, he's a long snapper.
  • Zach Von Rosenberg, Punter, LSU - During his college career he had 193 punts for 8,484 yards.
