How do you win? Give the mom in your life a little shoutout! Briefly tell us in the form below why the mom you'd like to win is awesome, and we'll do a drawing on Thursday, May 11 during the MIX 108 Morning Brew with Nick & Ian, announcing the winning mom and sharing the kind words you had for her.
Entries will be accepted now through 11:59 pm on Wednesday, May 10 and we'll announce the winner during the morning show on May 11. No prize substitutions will be offered for any portion of the prize package for the winning mother. The winning mother or the person who submitted the entry may pick up the gift package on behalf of the winning mother.
