U.S. Senator Amy Klobuchar to Make Major Announcement on Sunday

Minnesota Senator Amy Klobuchar says she will make a major announcement this weekend in Minneapolis. Will she run for President?

Klobuchar sent out a press release today saying that on Sunday, February 10th, she will be holding a rally at Boom Island Park in Minneapolis at 1 PM.

The event is open to the public and according to the release, "Hot cocoa, cookies, warming houses, and live entertainment will all be part of the day’s events."

I don't think she would be having a rally and inviting a ton of press to announce that she is not running for President, so I expect that she will be one of the 20+ people expected to run against President Trump in 2020.

Klobuchar is 58 and was born and raised in Minnesota, she worked as a corporate lawyer before being elected as County Attorney of Hennepin County and then as one of Minnesota's U.S. Senators in 2007.
