Blacklist Brewing Co. has been busy planning and renovating their new location and recently shared a video of how their new home looks.

The new, and much larger space will be home to both the brewery and taproom and be located at the historic Lange Motors building at 206 East Superior Street in Downtown Duluth. The new space will new axe throwing space, live music area, a big brew room and more.

According to Zeinithcity, The Lange Motors building was built in 1915 and was the home to a handful of car dealerships, restaurants and cafés and bookshops. Now, another sweet spot will be added to the history of the building.

Blacklist Brewing Co. was founded in 2012 by longtime friends and collaborators, Brian Schanzenbach and Jon Loss. From its humble beginnings with a Kickstarter campaign, Blacklist has grown steadily and in mid-2015, TJ Estabrook joined Jon and Brian as a partner. Specializing in Belgian style artisan ales, Blacklist continues to thrill its followers with bold flavors, innovative ingredient selections, and refreshing ales that are sure to leave a lasting impression. On Blacklist Friday, November 25th, 2016, their taproom opened at 120 East Superior Street in downtown Duluth, MN

Blacklist is still open at their current location (120 East Superior Street), however they are pumped to open their new location just down the road. Their current hours are:

  • Monday: Closed
  • Tuesday: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM
  • Thursday: 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM
  • Friday: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
  • Saturday: 12:00 PM - 11:00 PM
  • Sunday: 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM
