Check out this video of 'Ice Pancakes' on Lake Superior, no this isn't some clever promotion for the Lion's Pancake Day this week.

'Ice Pancakes' are round chunks of ice that range in size anywhere from 12 inches to over 9 feet! The pancakes also feature raised rims which are caused by the ice colliding and the slushy edges rising up as that happens.

This footage was captured on Lake Superior in Michigan over the weekend.
