Wisconsin Drive-In Theaters Still Open For A Movie Under The Stars
While it's far more of a novelty now than it once was, there are still a solid handful of drive-in theaters in Wisconsin where you can catch a movie.
The nostalgia of cozying up with a special someone or gathering the family in your vehicle and watching a movie under the stars still fascinates many people, even in the age of giant TV screens at home and the ability to watch movies on-demand from your phone or tablet.

As the weather warms up in Wisconsin, the remaining drive-in movie theaters in the Badger State start welcoming guests once again.
While the opening dates of each drive-in vary (and can even vary from season to season), things generally start in May for most of Wisconsin's drive-ins. They all offer shows through the warm summer months, with some even staying open well into fall.

Even though you might think these drive-ins all date back to the 1950s and 1960s, there are actually a couple of them that are pretty new! Even the locations that have a long history have updated their technology to offer as great a viewing experience as possible.
Just like drive-ins of years gone by, most of these still offer double features, making for a full night of entertainment for a low price.
Want to make a drive-in movie one of your summer bucket list items? Here are places in Wisconsin where you can do just that!
