Wisconsin Point/Bear Creek Trail Now Open in Superior
The City of Superior announced the opening of the new Wisconsin Point/Bear Creek Trail.
The first mile of the 4-foot wide trail is open now, it's a non-motorized trail that features 5-foot timber and small bridge crossings and a crushed concrete surface. The trail is ADA compliant, but it is not accessible by wheelchair.
When completed, the trail will be 2.3 miles off of the Tri-County Corridor/Osaugie Trail from Bear Creek Park to Wisconsin Point Road.
Access the trail by parking in Bear Creek Park lot and walk down the Osaugie Trail towards Itasca and you'll see the trail.
