The North Shore Adventure Park in Silver Bay, MN hit the market earlier this year, with an asking price of $550,000.

The attraction opened in 2019 right off Highway 61 in Silver Bay on the North Shore. It is Minnesota's only forest canopy high ropes & zip line course.

As it stands today, it features 6 different high ropes courses, 10 ziplines, a kids' obstacle course, and 5 axe-throwing lanes.

The owner, who started the business, is retiring at the end of the 2026 season. This leaves a prime opportunity for someone passionate about these kinds of activities who is looking for a ready-to-go business.

On the North Shore Adventure Park website, they explain that the property features 75 different climbing elements, 10 integrated ziplines, a 400-foot dual racing zipline, a modern axe-throwing facility, an all-season check-in building, and a kids' play area.

In addition, there are picnic table areas, a fire pit, water dispenser stations, and a merchandise retail store space.

Along with the already-developed areas, the property also includes 8 acres of developable land to add new attractions or amenities.

In addition to those 8 acres that are part of the adventure park property, there is an opportunity to purchase an additional piece of adjacent land right on the corner of Minnesota Highway 61 and County Road 5 (also known as Outer Drive).
