11 Duluth Neighborhood Park Draft Plans To Be Presented Next Month

The public are invited to attend to a public meeting to review draft plans on parks including Piedmont, Harrison, Keene Creek, Historical Park and more. 

This will be an open house type meeting on February 4th, at 5:30pm in the Morgan Park Community Center. All 11 parks to be discussed will be Piedmont, Harrison, Merritt, Keene Creek, Grassy Point, Norton, Smithville, Riverside, Blackmer, Historical and Fond du Lac.

Each park plan will be summarized on a board with the draft concept plan, list of improvements, priorities, phasing, and cost estimates. There will also be online survey with the plans as well, but the public is encouraged to attend and provide input.
