13 Year Old Two Harbors Girl Mowed Down By Wild Deer

Kaydi Hooey of Two Harbors had a literal run in with a deer! She was running with her soccer team behind the baseball field at her school when  a deer charged up behind her and knocked her in the air.

According to Kaydi's Facebook page she said "This is a story I can tell when I'm in the nursing home!" Hooey will be off the soccer field for a while, since she suffered a concussion and bumps and bruises. For full details on the story click here.

As many of us know deer are very active this time of year, and as this situation shows they are beautiful, but very powerful and sometimes dangerous animals.
