A Twin Cities Man Made a Kidney Snow Sculpture, to Alert People of His Need for a Kidney Transplant

Jim Gorbunow of Cottage Grove is desperate for a kidney transplant and decided to make a public display for help, thanks to all the snow we have gotten so far.

Jim really thought outside of the box by making a giant snow sculpture in the shape of a kidney, with a sign attached that said he needs help in locating a donor. And is seemed to work, as one of Jim neighbors noticed the sign and said that he would be willing to donate one of his kidneys. Of course his kind neighbor will have to go through a battery of tests to see if he is a match, but all the buzz has created some possible back up donors too.
