Gerald Osgan of Superior has always wanted to run his own business and he loves dogs, so his new ride service is a perfect combination of both. His new pet shuttle service is called "Poocher" which is a play on of words from pooch and Uber. He may transport cats too if they are in a kennel.

Anyone who has pets knows how hard it can be to transport them back and forth in your car. Our dogs are not huge fans, but as they have gotten older are less nervous. This new ride for your dogs is the perfect solution, maybe you don't have your own vehicle, or are elderly and need to get your dog to the vet. or daycare, whatever the reason Osgan has your back.

He is hoping to launch the service in early November and it  will run in the Twin Ports area from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays, and will take after-hour calls to transport dogs if emergency veterinary care is needed. The bus also has a lift, which eases the transporting of injured animals.

Eventually, Osgan  hopes to have his own app connected to mapping software so owners can track the bus’ whereabouts and schedule, but for now you can schedule appointments by calling 218-576-2939 or emailing poocherllc@gmail.com. It's $20 for a one-way trip and $40 for a round-trip.
