‘The Jungle Book’ Clip Introduces You to Idris Elba’s Sinister Shere Khan
The CGI in Jon Favreau’s adaptation of The Jungle Book looks incredible — though it is a little strange to see the animals actually speak, as you can in the first clip from Disney’s epic new adventure. The sneak peek introduces us to the fearsome and ferocious tiger Shere Khan, voiced by Idris Elba, and while it’ll take some adjusting to hear these famous voices coming out of the mouths of gorgeous animals, Elba is inarguably the perfect voice for Khan.

Joe and Anthony Russo Won’t Direct That Other ‘Ghostbusters’ Movie
Last year, original Ghostbusters director Ivan Reitman revealed that in addition to Paul Feig’s upcoming film, Captain America: Civil War directors Joe and Anthony Russo were developing a separate spinoff with Chris Pratt and Channing Tatum rumored to star. Reitman eventually tried to walk back his comments, and Pratt and Tatum denied their involvement, but leaked emails from that infamous Sony hack had already confirmed that the studio was developing this separate film. Whatever the case, the Russo brothers are no longer involved because they’re a little too busy with the MCU.
‘Batman vs. Superman’ Almost Had a Role for Former Batman Christian Bale
It’s only been four years since Christopher Nolan concluded his Dark Knight trilogy, so when Zack Snyder announce Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, there were some understandable rumors that Christian Bale might be reprising his superhero role. Since Snyder’s film effectively reboots Batman, Bale reprising his role as the caped crusader was never really plausible — but the director did consider giving Bale a different role in the film.
Han Solo ‘Star Wars’ Spinoff Will Explore Chewbacca’s Origins
Phil Lord and Chris Miller’s young Han Solo movie won’t arrive in theaters until 2018, which means we have quite a bit of time before we see anything concrete from the Star Wars spinoff. Lucasfilm hasn’t even announced who will play the young version of Harrison Ford’s iconic character — much less who or what else we might see in the film. We now know of at least one other character who will appear opposite whoever ends up piloting the Millennium Falcon, and it’s a friendly, furry face you’ll be quite happy to see.
‘Baywatch’ Photos Show Off Dwayne Johnson, Zac Efron and More of the Team
Baywatch doesn’t hit theaters until next summer, so it’s going to be quite a while before we see the first trailer or official photos. Thankfully, Dwayne Johnson and Zac Efron are pretty fond of Instagram, and the pair have been sharing lots of images from the set, including our first looks at co-stars Kelly Rohrbach, Priyanka Chopra and Ilfenesh Hadera. If nothing else, the R-rated comedy has a diverse cast and they all look like they’re having a blast.
‘Batman vs. Superman’ TV Spot: Alfred Thinks Bruce Is Getting Too Old for This, You Know
It’s both cool and a little silly to hear the name “Alfred” come out of Ben Affleck’s mouth, but the brief moments we’ve seen between our new Batman and Jeremy Irons’ Alfred have been one of the highlights of the trailers and TV spots for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. The latest spot opens with Bruce Wayne and his most trusted friend bantering about the Dark Knight’s age, though that does not stop him from taking on the Man of Steel later on in the new sneak peek.
Young Barack Obama Biopic Casts Newcomer Devon Terrell, ‘The Witch’ Star Anya Taylor-Joy
You may be thinking, "Hey, didn't a movie about a younger Barack Obama just premiere at Sundance?" You would be correct — but unlike Southside With You, which centered on the first date between Barack and Michelle Obama, the upcoming film Barry focuses more on Barack pre-Michelle. Newcomer Devon Terrell will play the younger Obama, with The Witch breakout star Anya Taylor-Joy in the key role of a college friend.
‘Batman vs. Superman’ Ultimate Ticket Will Let You See the Movie as Many Times as You Want
Following in the footsteps of previous unlimited passes for films like Spectre and Interstellar, Regal is offering a fans a chance to see Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice as many times as they want (or until their brains melt and there’s nothing left but the hollow shell of a person). There is a catch, of course: There’s a limited number of these special passes, which will allow you to see Zack Snyder’s superhero epic as frequently as you’d like during the film’s entire theatrical run.
‘The Jungle Book’ Grabs Your Attention With New TV Spot as Ticket Pre-Sale Begins
Tickets for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice will be available on February 29 (that’s tomorrow, FYI), with the movie hitting theaters about a month later, on March 25. Disney is banking on similarly huge business for Jon Favreau’s The Jungle Book, as the studio has officially launched ticket pre-sales as of today, even though the film doesn’t hit theaters for another two months. If that isn’t enough to get your attention, then maybe this new TV spot will.
First Look at ‘The Force Awakens’ C-3PO Prequel Comic That Explains His Red Arm
Not long ago we learned that Disney and Marvel had plans for a C-3PO prequel comic that would explain how the endearing droid got that red arm in Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Episode VIII doesn’t arrive until 2017, so if you can’t wait that long to find out why C-3PO has a weird new appendage, Star Wars Special: C-3PO #1 has your answer. And although this first look at the upcoming comic doesn’t really shed any light on the matter, it does give you a nice sneak peek.
Dwayne Johnson Shares First Look at ‘Baywatch’ With Zac Efron
Following in the footsteps of 21 Jump Street, Dwayne Johnson’s R-rated Baywatch movie has the potential to be another great comedic riff to its classic ’90s predecessor. And while we await the inevitable news of a David Hasselhoff / Pamela Anderson cameo, Johnson has our first look at the upcoming film, featuring Zac Efron, new uniforms and a concept called “alpha balls.”
