Duluth Parks Day will be a fun event for the whole family that will connect communities together with fun, adventure, and out door activities.

The city of Duluth has 129 parks, 85 miles of multi-use trails, and 12 miles of paved accessible trails. Duluth  has declared May 19, 2018 as “Duluth Parks Day” to celebrate all the outdoor fun to be had in our beautiful city.

This year, organized activities will be held at Lester Park, Morgan Park, and Park Point Beach. Duluth Parks Day will happen rain or shine from 10am - 2pm with a light picnic offered at all three locations. Here are the following activities:

Lester Park (61 Lester River Road) -  Geocaching, hikes, crafts, and the first 50 kids will get a compass.

Morgan Park (1242 88th Ave West) -  Disc golf, bike riding, crafts, and the first 50 kids here will get a free disc.

Park Point Beach (4900 Minnesota Drive) - kite flying, bubble making, crafts, and first 50 kids will get a free kite.

Go have some fun at this inaugural event which is sure to create some memories with the community.
