Chris Brown Licks Fan’s Knee: She’s Doesn’t Look Impressed [VIDEO]

During a recent concert, Chris Brown had a female fan up on stage while he offered a rather "suggestive" performance of one of his songs. While he and his dancers wiggled around on stage, Brown managed to lick the fan's knee. Fans in the crowd cheered and screamed through the whole presentation, but the fan on stage didn't look all that impressed. Check out the full video below.
