Duluth Huskies: Ladies Night- Diamond Dig

Another great time out at Wheeler Field this Past Friday Night for the Annual Ladies Night Diamond Dig.  I always have such a great time out in the fresh air watching the Huskies play.

Nothing like baseball outside with, kids running around laughing and playing and 50 or so ladies in the audience dreaming of digging up a $1,500 1/2 carat diamond from our friends at Security Jewelers.  The Huskies may have split the win in a doubleheader with Rochester. But, after the game with plastic spoons in hand, the ladies took to the field and began to dig at a feverish pace. 45 minutes later or so.....we had our winner!  Thank you again to all the ladies who participated in the Diamond Dig, and of course the Huskies  organization for letting us be part of such a fun event!
