Run a scenic course through Mankato’s beautiful Minnesota River Valley, the Red Jacket Trail, historic Sibley Park and an exciting finish in the City Center. Experience big city amenities mixed with a small town feel and great hospitality. This is a perfect race for beginners up to seasoned racers. The Mankato Marathon is also a qualifier for the Boston Marathon. The second annual Mankato Marathon will be held on Saturday, October 22, 2011 and will have a maximum capacity of 5,000 participants. Each race will have their own individual capacity limits.
