'Teen Mom' turned "sex tape" star, Farrah Abraham, has entered a rehab facility in order to combat alcohol abuse, according to an exclusive report from Radar Online.

Apparently, Abraham, 22, has checked into a rehabilitation center (The Lukens Institute) in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., and will undergo a 10-day treatment program starting Monday, which we think means today, July 1.

The 'Back Door Teen Mom' spoke to Radar Online, explaining her choice to enter rehab: "At this time in my life, I need to stay focused on the positive to get through all of the negative that a DUI has caused in my life.”

Abraham, who was arrested in Nebraska in March and charged with a DUI after blowing a .147 BAC, continued, "I’m 22 and I want to make better choices and ensure I can recognize when I am putting myself in a bad situation next time."

Sophia, Abraham's 4-year-old daughter, will stay with her grandpa while her mother attends the $12,000 treatment program.

Although one of her 6-month probation requirements included a stint in rehab, one of Abraham's doctors at the Texas-based facility she visited in the past noted that the reality starlet didn't seem to take it seriously. Apparently, Abraham "had difficulty making eye contact, was standoffish and was sarcastic when answering the questions asked of her."

We hope Abraham gets the help she needs and deserves, not only for herself, but for her daughter.

FYI: Radar Online has also pointed out that Abrahams will be in good company at  Lukens, as this is the current facility housing the infamous Tan Mom (Patricia Krentcil) of New Jersey.
