I am not quite sure where this could have been filmed, by the sounds of the music playing in the back round I am guessing not in the U.S.? Either way, this is hilarious in any language. I do feel bad for him at some points, but how about the fact they seem to speed it back up at the end? Hey, somebody help this poor guy out. Yes, it is safe to assume he was very intoxicated to boot.
