Join Jeanne & Ian At Dunkin’ Donuts To Benefit Special Olympics
It's that time of the year when Dunkin's Donuts and Special Olympics come together for a great cause, Cop On A Rooftop.
Cop On Top is a fundraiser for Special Olympics where local police officers sit on the rooftop to raise awareness of and raise money all benefiting Special Olympics.
Police officers will sit on top of the building and lower a bucket to grab cash donations from people. There will also be officers on the ground to answer any questions people may have about the event and why they are helping raise money for the Special Olympics of Minnesota. There will also be the ability to take donations from credit cards if needed.
Another cool thing about this awesome event, is Jeanne and myself will be broadcasting the MIX 108 Morning Show live at the Duluth Dunkin' Donuts. Dunkin' is located at 104 West Central Entrance.
I'm so excited to be a part of this awesome fundraising event. I remember helping out with Special Olympics at an early age with my mom. I even coached Bocce Ball and did Unified Bowling with a great partner for Special Olympics. I did the Polar Plunge for many years as well, which is another great fundraiser for the Special Olympics of Minnesota.
The Cop On A Rooftop event will be happening on Friday August 19th, 2022 from 6am - 11am at the Duluth location. So come on by, say hi, and let's raise some money for a good cause. If you're lucky, Jeanne Ryan might even give you a swift high five or a hug.
