Ain't no party like Justin Bieber party 'cause a Justin Bieber party has non-disclosure agreements! Yes, you read that correctly. If you're planning to party with The Biebs then you better lawyer up because Justin and his legal team are not messing around.

So here's the deal, if you are lucky enough to attend a shindig at Justin's Calabassas, Calif. mansion, then you'll be greeted at the door with a warm welcome and a Liability Waiver and Release form -- one of which has been obtained by TMZ. The agreement pretty much stipulates if any party guests discuss what goes down at Justin's home they will be sued for $5 million. This ordinance is in effect to protect Bieber, but also his other party guests. If you so even Instagram a picture of the shindig, you will be sued, so keep that shiz on lock!

One of the more interesting sections of the waiver includes a section that warns against some activities that could be, "potentially hazardous and you should not participate unless you are medically able and properly trained." What the HECK is going on in Bieber's house? Are they training circus animals or something?

Many other stars have similar agreements they have guests at their homes sign. Our guess is it cuts down on frivolous lawsuits that are typically filed by celebrity clingers-on. Either way, Justin must have some things he doesn't want getting out into the press if he has all party guests sign these...

The first rule about Justin Bieber's mansion is you don't talk about Justin Bieber's mansion. Now, the last question we have -- is the person who leaked the waiver going to be sued for $5 million now?
