Kesha remains in rehab, treating an eating disorder and focusing on her recovery. Understandably, pop music's raunchiest dirty girl has had to postpone her upcoming March and April tour dates while she works on getting better.

Her recovery is her No. 1 priority and her top commitment and we are certainly supportive of that. Her Warriors should understand that she needs to put her tour plans on hold while she continues to address her issues. Fans should not be bummed about the tabling of tour dates.

Kesha made an official statement via her PR reps.

I was so looking forward to performing at these dates but I need to follow my doctor's advice and get my health back on track. All of your support during this time has been so amazing. I couldn’t have done this without you all. I look forward to coming back stronger than ever on the next tour.

Those who've purchased tickets to see Kesha during her March and April dates should visit local box offices for refund details.

We hope the singer found some time to celebrate the fact that 'Timber,' her collabo with Pitbull, has enjoyed a No. 1 stint on the radio.
