Lil Wayne Cited for Overgrown Lawn at his Louisiana Mansion

It looks like Lil Wayne needs to work on his green thumb. Kenner County officials in New Orleans, La., have cited the rapper for not cutting his extremely high grass and weeds at his mansion that is currently up for sale for $1.7 million.
According to The Times-Picayune, the Code Enforcement Department issued a ticket to Weezy between Feb. 26 to March 2. Apparently, this is the fifth code violation officials have found on the property, so far.
The extravagant home is listed as a “celebrity mansion” by relator Lincoy Moliere. “It’s an immaculate property,” he said. “It’s in great condition. It’s going to make somebody very happy.”
If you’re looking to buy, the mansion boasts five bedrooms and five bathrooms as well as a pool house, a fitness room, a home theater and a four-car garage. In addition, there’s a master suite, which has a fireplace with his and her baths and a steam room sauna and Jacuzzi.
Lawn mower not included.
Moliere wouldn’t say if Wayne still lives on the property or not, but it looks like he won’t make a huge profit if the house does get sold. Property records show it was bought in 2006 for $1.75 million.
As for the citation, we don’t think Wayne is worried about landscaping at the moment since he has to figure out how to get out of the legal weeds of mounting copyright-infringement lawsuits.
