Lindsay Lohan is trying to make a comeback. Part of that comeback is her role in 'Scary Movie 5' where she was set to appear alongside Charlie Sheen. Except Lindsay Lohan just can't stop being Lindsay Lohan and the actress, despite trying to be on her best behavior, disappeared, skipped rehearsals, missed her flight to the film's set and tried to bail on the film by claiming "walking pneumonia." Oh Lindsay.

According to the New York Post, Lohan "freaked out" when she read the 'Scary Movie 5' script which she felt went overboard making fun of her. The problem is, she had already signed her contact. So Lindsay, being Lindsay, "missed every meeting" she had scheduled including wardrobe fittings and rehearsals, in an attempt to get out of the film.

Producers weren't content to let her off the hook that easy and according to her contract, Lohan couldn't leave the production unless she had a legitimate health concern. So Lindsay came up with "walking pneumonia" and told 'Scary Movie 5' producers she wouldn't be able to work. The actress was described as a "mess" and even co-star Sheen was worried she wouldn't make it through filming. (When Charlie Sheen is concerned about your overall well-being, you might have a problem...)

Dimension Films (sister company to The Weinstein Company and not ones to f--- around) got their lawyers on the phone and threatened legal action unless Lohan was on the next plane to the Atlanta set. A rep for Lohan told the Post the actress is "willingly fulfilling all of her obligations."
