A chemistry professor at the University of Minnesota is trying to make Male Birth Control Pills a reality which may have women across the world celebrating.

Chemistry professor Gunda Georg and a team of scientists are working to develop a male birth control pill named Gamendazole. Of course more work needs to be done to get it FDA approved, but they seem to be making progress. Gorg explains the reason for this not having been done so far, is the sheer number of sperm making it that much harder to temporarily sterilize the subject.

The sterilization would be temporary and a lot less painful and  permanent as a vasectomy. Georg also goes on to say that many men she has surveyed say that they would be open to the idea, but for now we will just have to sit and wait.
