Man Invents High Speed Baby Buggy [VIDEO]

A very inventive plumber by trade somehow decided it would be a good idea to make a baby buggy that can go up to 50 MPH!
Now why anyone would think this is a good idea is beyond me. Now of course one can only hope that he would not ever put a real baby in this, even at very slow speeds, but I am hoping it is more for people to stop and go what was that? One thing is for sure, this is a man who definitely has to much time on his hands.
