A young Dodgers fan who has inoperable spinal tumors, and has to use a wheel chair to get around, had one of the most memorable nights of his life out at the ball park, thanks to Matt Kemp.

The fan along with his dad and best friend had asked the manager of the Dodgers If Matt might be able to stop after the game and shake his hand, he did one better. Seeing a professional athlete go so above and beyond is truly heartwarming.
