Minimum Wage To Increase Next Year For All Minnesota Workers
The Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry announced Minnesota’s minimum wage rates will be adjusted for inflation beginning January 1st 2018 to $9.65 and hour for Large Companies (annual gross revenue is over $500,000 year) and $7.87 and hour for small companies.
Governor Mark Dayton began working with legislators to raise the minimum wage in Minnesota where an estimated 250,000 hourly workers make less than $9.65 an hour. This adds up to an increase of 15 cents an hour.
