‘MythBusters’ Cannonball Experiment Gone Wrong, Busted Through House [VIDEO]

The popular Discovery show 'MythBusters' was conducting one of their famous bomb range experiments in California yesterday, when something went terribly wrong and sent, what a wittiness claims was, a 5-10 inch cannonball whizzing through a neighborhood located nearly 700 yards away from the range.

The cannonball, traveling at over 1000 feet per second, managed to bounce off a sidewalk, penetrate though the front door of a  house, travel through the  bedroom where a couple was sleeping, bounced off another houses roof and eventually landed in a parked mini van.  Thankfully there were no injuries and authorities are investigating.
