Reached Landmark In My Fitness [VIDEO]
So I have made a choice to get fit and become healthy in my life. As of Friday the 20th I was 255 Lbs. This was one pound shy of my 4 pounds per week I had intended to lose. That is fine though because my main goal to be healthier is still set.
Unfortunately, due to Grandma’s Marathon I had a good deal of food and drink and think I will be falling short again this Friday.
However, I did come up to a certain landmark that I wanted to share with you all.
