On my way home from work yesterday I noticed a plume of black smoke rising over Superior, and at first I thought it might be another angry ex-wife, but I quickly realized it was coming from the oil refinery. So what caused that big puff of black smoke? Find out after the jump.

Traffic moved slowly on 21st St. and E. 9th St. in Superior today as a woman put her anger on display for the whole world to see with her 'Ex-Husband Sale' and graffiti on a green GMC Yukon that was parked in the driveway. MIX 108 was on the scene and captured these incredible pictures. WARNING, contains graphic language.

American Idol contestant Chris Daughtry and his band Daughtry spent Mother's Day in Minneapolis rocking hundreds of fans at the hottest new venue in the Twin Cities, The Brick.
Daughtry is on the road supporting their 3rd studio album, 'Break The Spell' and they didn't stick to only their songs, they also covered Tom Petty’s “Running Down a Dream” and Billy Idol’s “Rebel Yell”. Check out our exclusive pictures from the show after the jump.

Minnesota has nineteen 'Fortune 500' companies and there is a good chance that one of them will pay millions of dollars per year for the naming rights on the new Vikings stadium in downtown Minneapolis. Target already has Target Center and Target Field, so I would be surprised if they went for a third. Best Buy is going through some tough financial and management issues, so I doubt they'll be in the mix. Here are five Minnesota companies that have a good shot of having the new stadium named after them.

Great news today for all Vikings fans as the Minnesota Senate passes a bill for a new Vikings stadium in Minneapolis, that was basically the last approval needed before the bill goes to Governor Dayton for an expected signature
The new state of the art $975 million stadium will be located in the same space the Metrodome sits now, 3/4 of the new stadium will be built before the Metrodome meets the wreaking ball and the Vikings play a season at the University of Minnesota's TCF Bank Stadium while the new stadium is finished in time for the 2015 season.
