‘SNL’ – The Bond Girls You Never Got to Know
Some of the lesser known Bond girls got a chance to shine on ‘Saturday Night Live’ last night.
Daniel Craig hosted ‘SNL’ last night, and with his ‘Skyfall’ release on the horizon, a plethora of James Bond jokes were inevitable. It’s also the 50th anniversary of Bond as a film character, hence this all-too-plausible DVD set commercial.
You’re probably already familiar with the likes of Halle Berry and Ursula Andress. Now we get to see outtakes of the “lesser known” Bond Girls. Diane Keaton, Lea Michele, Jodie Foster: they’ve all been tragically overshadowed by their bikini-clad counterparts. Let’s be real, after a long, hard day of killing people, it’s only right that 007 would come home to backrubs from a golden Penny Marshall.
