'Strange Nature' was written and directed by Duluth native Jim Ojala and was actually filmed in Duluth and other parts of Minnesota releases it's teaser trailer.

'Strange Nature' is an eco-thriller based on true events and is the first to cover the deformed frog phenomenon that began in the mid-90's in Minnesota. The film is about a small town in the state of 10,000 lakes and how it copes with the deadly deformities when they move beyond the ponds.

The film features veteran actors such as Carlos Alazraqui ('Reno 911') and Stephen Tobolowsky ('Spaceballs') with special apperances from Duluth's own Kevin Jacobsen and Barbara Reyelts. Check out the trailer below and let me know what you think in the comments.
